What data we process and why
When you contact us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you choose to share with us (such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps towards a possible business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and taking steps at your request prior to a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Statistics (Google Analytics)
If you give your consent via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, so that we can improve it. Google Analytics collects pseudonymous usage data, and IP addresses are anonymised. The data is processed by Google on our behalf and may be transferred to the United States under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
